If you receive a telephone call unexpectedly, you find that you have to search for words. As for certain technical terms, how do you use these in English?

At the end of this course you will be able to conduct a business conversation with confidence. As well as that you will be able to write a business e-mail, letter or text in English without difficulty. You will also be familiar with the (business) culture of the country with which you would like to communicate.
