In practice

Lexicon connects the language needs of organizations to the language skills of the individuals on which the organization is built.

Own examples take center stage

The function-oriented customized training courses connect to the daily practice of the participants, allowing them to apply the knowledge gained there. We mimic conversations held and employees' own materials and situations are central.

Evaluation

Evaluation is important. We include both participants and organizations in this process. In addition to evaluation forms, the trainer prepares a comprehensive final report that includes the content covered and the final result achieved.

Securing knowledge

Language training does not stand alone. It is important to pay attention to the effect on the shop floor even after the course has ended. Lexicon Trainings offers, for example, as an addition to the Dutch on the shop floor program, the knowledge session Communicating on the shop floor for managers. In this knowledge session, managers learn what the level indication (A0 - A2) means, how they can give clear instructions to employees and how they can make communication more effective and successful. More information about the levels can be found at CEFR.
