NRTO Hallmark

Lexicon Trainings holds the NRTO quality mark. This quality mark is the recognition for quality and professionalism in the private training sector. Because of this quality mark, customers can assume that Lexicon Trainings meets high quality requirements in the areas of transparency about products and services, adequate service, professional dealings with customers and expertise of staff. An independent, external certifying body tests whether a provider meets the quality requirements.

NRTO Code of Conduct
