Training space and tools

The client will provide a suitable training room with a flip chart or whiteboard. The client will provide additional resources, such as TV, video equipment, beamer, internet, etc., at the trainer's request. The costs for training room and aids are for the account of the client. For distance training, the client should provide well-functioning wifi, tablets, computer / laptop for the participants and, if on location, a quiet room with a digiboard, video conference capability.

Cancellation deadline

A session must be cancelled at least two business days (48 hours) in advance by telephone to Lexicon Trainings (023-5310830). If the session is cancelled within 48 hours, the session will be forfeited. An end date for a training session will be set at the beginning of the training. The right to make up a session, cancelled in time, is valid up to 4 weeks after the scheduled end date. If a training session is terminated early by the client, no refund will be made. If a training session is cancelled within two weeks before the start, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Payment term

After receiving the signed quote, the invoice will follow. The amount must be transferred to NL51INGB0006932371 in the name of Lexicon Trainings in Haarlem within four weeks of receipt of the invoice. On the expiry of the statutory payment term of 30 days after receipt of the invoice, the statutory interest is due. This interest rate varies.

Accommodation expenses

Lodging expenses for trainer and participant are the responsibility of the client.

Travel costs

For travel expenses for the trainer, Lexicon Trainings charges €0.35 per kilometer. Travel time will only be charged if separate arrangements have been made with the client.

Surcharge for training before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m.

Training sessions that take place before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. are subject to a supplement of €17.50 per hour.

Offer validity period

An offer remains valid for one month after its date.

Rates

As of January 1 of each subsequent calendar year, rates will be increased by the average CBS index figure for the previous year.
