Privacy Statement

Compliant with all standards

In light of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) that comes into effect on May 25, 2018, it is important for Lexicon Training to have a privacy statement that shows what data Lexicon Training has and has processed from you, and which of this data is shared with third parties.

Personal data processed by Lexicon Training

Lexicon Trainings processes personal data about you because you are a client of Lexicon Trainings and you provided this data to Lexicon Trainings yourself.

Overview of personal data processed:

  • first and last name;
  • address information;
  • phone number;
  • mobile number;
  • email address;
  • bank account number;
  • Other personal data that you actively provide in correspondence and by phone.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that Lexicon Training processes

Lexicon Training does not process any special or sensitive personal data of its clients.

Why does Lexicon Training need this data?

Lexicon Training processes your personal data, for the following purposes:

  • performing the assignment(s);
  • communicating with you via mail, postal mail and telephone about the progress of the assignment and related issues;
  • Sending quotes, invoices, credit notes and other administrative matters;
  • Handling your payment/credit memo.

How long will your data be kept?

Lexicon Trainings will not retain your personal data beyond the statutory retention periods for this purpose. Upon completion of the assignment, Lexicon Trainings will archive all of your data. The archive is password protected.

Sharing with others

Lexicon Trainings shares your personal data with third parties as necessary to perform the assignment(s).

Lexicon Trainings does not enter into a processing agreement with companies, governments or other entities that process your data, which is carried out on behalf of Lexicon Trainings. Lexicon Trainings is not responsible for the processing of this data by third parties. Lexicon Trainings does not provide your personal data to third parties without your express consent.

Google Analytics

On our own website lexicon.nl, we use Google Analytics cookies. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google. We anonymize the IP address, have disabled 'data sharing' and do not use other Google services in conjunction with the Google Analytics cookies.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to taal@lexicon.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, I ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. I hereby ask you to black out your passport photo and Citizen's Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Lexicon Trainings will then respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after receipt.

Security

Lexicon Trainings takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at taal@lexicon.nl.

Permission

Lexicon Trainings uses your personal data in the context of executing the contract of assignment concluded with you. By agreeing to the quotation, you authorize Lexicon Trainings to perform the assignment. You also authorize Lexicon Trainings to use your personal data to carry out this assignment or without it being apparent from the assignment provided to that third party.
