In addition to the 3F testing for IKK (speaking, conversation, and listening), Lexicon also offers a 3F Exam Training in Reading & Listening for childcare. This exam training is designed for employees who want extra preparation for the 3F listening and/or reading tests or employees who need extra preparation after a failed test.

There are two ways employees can take the 3F Exam Training:

• Individually through e-modules via our online learning environment
• Workshop taking place on location or remotely (Teams). This workshop is for a group of up to 10 people

Our approach

E-modules
The online learning environment consists of two modules:

• Module 1 aims to give staff an understanding of different listening and/or reading strategies. How do you listen to or read a text, how do you handle multiple choice questions?
• Module 2 deals with finding the main idea, main and side issues, opinions, facts and statements. This module is supported by video clips and texts. The knowledge gained is tested immediately.

After following these e-modules, do your employees still have questions or are there still ambiguities? Then they can contact one of our trainers with their questions during an online session after following these modules.

Incompany | remote workshop

The workshop takes 2 half-day sessions of 2.5 hours, one week apart. Your employees will learn how to prepare properly for Bureau ICE's recognized TOA Examination Listening & Reading 3F. The 3F Exam Training childcare workshop reviews exactly what employees really need to know and how the questions are constructed. The content of the workshop corresponds to the e-modules.

Through both the e-modules and the workshop, employees will start the test feeling more confident. This method increases employee self-confidence resulting in better results!
